Edit: came back to say im on my 4th or 5th bottle of this magnesium supplement and it has improved my quality of life over any supplement I've ever taken. No more muscle cramps after driving all day, and improved sleep quality. This is an excellent product..This is a good product. However, if you purchase, work your way up to the recommended dose of 4 per day. Initially, I did have gastrointestinal issues with that dose. I took 1 a day for awhile, then 2, and now, im up to 4 per day with no big problems. Magnesium IS a muscle relaxer and your colon IS a muscle, so be aware. Im happy for those who say they had no issues, but I did, in the beginning. Just be aware. Overall, great product. Would recommend, and will purchase again.

So a little back story…I struggle with an autoimmune disease daily. It affects my muscles/joints, etc. I also struggle with migraines/tension headaches. My husband is why I bought this in the first place as he always struggles with charly horses. He has varicose veins, so I’m not sure if that makes him more prone to cramps, but I figured to give magnesium a try. He also struggles with getting a restful night sleep. My husband is borderline sleep apnea and doctors won’t do anything for it since it’s only borderline.We both been taking these for 2 weeks. The very first night I took this I slept like a baby. I’m always tossing/turning in bed and this helps greatly for that. I really didn’t expect it to help me with sleep since I don’t struggle with sleeping to begin with. My husband says this helps him fall asleep faster and stay asleep. He says he feels like his sleep has improved but it’s not 100% better. I’ve noticed a tremendous difference in my shoulders/neck. I always struggle with tension/pain in that area so intensely that I have to take Tylenol/Aleve to help with pain. Because of the pain, I get severe headaches as well. Since, taking magnesium I haven’t struggled with any severe pain/headaches. Also, I haven’t taken any Tylenol. My neck feels like I have more flexibility and not constantly stiff. My shoulders also don’t feel so tight/knotted up as before. I also have plantar fasciitis and that pain has improved as well, not 100% but much better than before. No longer feel like I’m walking on pins and needles. I haven’t heard my husband complain about any cramps or charly horses so I think it’s safe to say that has gotten better for him. My husband actually takes this supplement without any reminders or purposely forgetting. Past supplements/vitamins he just never took or wanted to take, but this one he actually wants to take so my guess is he can tell or feel the improvements with this supplement over any others. We both take 2 capsules at night before bed. We don’t take the full recommended dose as we feel we do get some other magnesium from our food. I highly recommend this for any muscle/joint/tension pain and as far as sleep goes it helps for overall relaxation/stress. The only cons for me is the capsules are huge and hard to swallow. Also, it actually made my period cramps hurt pretty bad. I don’t usually cramp when on my period but for some reason I did this cycle. Never had issues before and the magnesium is the only change. Maybe it’s trying to correct hormones, etc. Either way, I plan to continue magnesium as it helps tremendously overall.

While these vitamins work well, they’re huge and serving size is two. I’m normally not bad at swallowing pills but these have been problematic. They’re too big. It’s a struggle but I sleep great

They assisted me in improving my sleep following my doctor's recommendation, but I found it quite challenging to swallow. I placed two tablets in a small cup of water and allowed them to dissolve for four hours, which proved to be effective!

Doesn't irritate tummy as others! Helps me sleep well.

The best sleep you will EVER get!!!! I’ve consistently taken this supplement for a year now and cannot express how much it has helped my sleep pattern. I wake up rested and has helped me through some very stressful situations. I also have seen great results in muscle memory. Great price point too,

I’m not really impressed in anyway with these. And they are very big and hard to swallow. I can swallow a handful of capsules this size but for some reason these pills do not like to go down. I haven’t noticed any real benefits though I have not been using them long.
