Seems like good quality
We run a chain restaurant and this was a lot cheaper than the same product that we can order through our company. It is used everyday and has held up even with multiple employees using and cleaning it daily. T

Need to buy 3 quart inserts separately
I felt for the price it could have been made better had trouble keeping the hinges on the lid and also was disappointed it didn't come with the actual 3 quart inserts which cost me another $100 on top of what we spent on the actual warmer itself. Just be aware of the extra cost to actually use this warmer.
