Voltmeter DH-670 DC 0-30V Rectangular Class 2.0 Analog Panel Volt Voltage Meter

I'm an old EE from the Simpson days. I've purchased many panel voltmeters (0-10V, 0-50V, 0-100V, 0-150V, DC and AC) for test equipment and other manufacturing applications. These were usually made by Simpson and priced about $90 (in today's dollars). I purchased 2 of these Baomain meters (0-30V, DC) for 10 bucks each for use in a solar panel project. I find these to be accurate (approx. +/- 3% after pointer calibration) and linear across the range when compared to my Fluke DVM. This accuracy is better than required for this project, so I must admit I'm pleased with these meters. Now testing reliability... I'll report if it's not what I expect. These panel meters were tested and found to function properly. The display is clear and easy to read. The panel meters are plastic encased and lightweight. Our friends in China at Baomain have once again produced a quality product at an affordable price. These meters arrived along with two 50A amp meters in same shipment from Baomain and the packaging was better than I see from most domestic shippers. Four outer layer of bubble wrap invidually boxed inside a larger box with foam and even foam inside the individual meter boxes. These came direct from China so allow some time for delivery which includes delay at our USPS International Sorting Centers.

It's odd that this product has an almost 5 star rating. I had high expectations. When I opened the box, I noticed that the meter was stuck on 12V. Connected this to a 12v battery, I expected the needle to move to 24v. Nope, stayed at 12. Even tried to use the calibration screw, it still didn't move.

This works very accurate, I use it for Lionel train repairs on my test set up.

I needed a volt meter for my tractor which is so old the OEM has been discontinued. It measures voltage.

I was impressed with the low cost,and decent quality of this meter.It works just as well as the high dollar OEM meter,at a fraction of the cost.

I bought this to refurbish a 50-year-old battery charger and it works well enough.

Limpie el polvo interno y se borraron los números. Mala calidad del grabado de números, se borran al limpiarlos. No recomiendo
