Perfect for my dog at the beach! Easily screws into the sand to secure your pet. The coated cable is weather resistant and no signs of rust yet, even with the salt water. I liked it so much I bought a second one for the yard.

We needed something for my brothers dog when he comes by to visit. This did the trick and was easy to use. His small to medium size dog was comfortable on the leash too. I would say that you should keep an eye on the pup so that the leash does not drag over a nice pile they may have just left on the lawn. :-) But I believe that's true of all long leash hook ups in a yard. I will say this one cleans off super easy since it's not links or cloth, but a cable. It does fade over time. We bought the orange and it's a lighter tone now, which is fine with me. The post is still a strong orange which I want since it needs to be seen by a mower.

I had this for about a year, and it was pretty good. In the winter the clasp would lock up and the whole thing got tangled easily and the plastic cover broke in some spots revealing the metal. But recently my 40lb dog snapped it in one of the spots missing the Plastic, I’m kinda disappointed.

We bought this for our yard to keep our 1yr old 80lb lab from jumping into the pool with our kids. He’s a sweetheart but doesn’t realize how big he is and our options were to try this or get a fence go divide the yard. Thankfully this works great. It was easy to install, he can still wander most of the yard and Mr. lack of impulse control isn’t accidentally hurting the kids while they’re swimming. We bought it in orange so it’s visible when walking around the yard. Overall, great product.

Very little room for error here! My pup loves to spend roughly 1/2 her day out in the sunshine. She's a sunbaby! We live on a private street so don't get many strangers dropping by, but she loves running after the mailman and UPS driver when they do their drop offs. This tether is a game changer. Birdie weighs 33 lbs and knows that when she's on the tether, she needs to be mindful. The biggest issue is obstructing objects of course. Such as trees that your animal could run around and get themselves in a prickly situation. Just be smart! Take your measurements from the yard to the street! Aesthetically speaking, there is some rusting and water marks from sprinklers, but that's to be expected. So far no weakening. Birdie occasionally will bite at the rubber anchor at the base of the harness clasp & rope closest to her (pictured) but it's held up!

Got ths for my cane corsos it works I will def order again, I haven't opened or done anything w the newest order I received i have ordered ths product twice now the first time I still have the yard stake im getting it set up to use here in few weeks I ordered ths latest order to have a back up cuz well if u own dogs u best be prepared if u care for em anyhow so I keep a spare stake and try hanging onto spare lead but the one in these pics ive used all spring and summer so it got a lil nick in the plastic its finally tearing up where if it gets caught at tht point around anyone even the dog itll cut em in half so I replaced it w a new.order and will trade the lead out prolly near the end of the month so I have a fresh one for winter corso is 110# and holds her no issues

This item is very sturdy and perfect for our Beagle. Was pleasantly surprised when I opened it. Love the coating on the stake. Would definitely recommend.

Well made but a shorter length would have been better for my purpose, which is to stop dog from reaching garden plants which he likes to eat. I tried to shorten the 6 metre cable by doubling up a section using cable ties but this wasn’t very successful. A choice of cable length would be useful.

Für unseren Zweck vollkommen optimal. Hatten uns den Anker für den Campingplatz gekauft. Macht was er soll und die Kabelleine mit der Feder sind auch super! Ich muß allerdings dazu sagen, dass unsere Hündin nie mit vollem Gewicht in die Leine ging. Daher weiß ich nicht wie bei solchen Wirbelwinden der Halt ist.

This is a must for anyone that has a dog and no fence in their backyard. We like to sit out in our gazebo and since our yard backs on to a big ball diamond and park, we sometimes just like to sit and watch the people playing in the park. For our dog, this keeps him in our yard yet having fun while he’s able to navigate around and enjoy a bit of freedom. The quality of this is way better than I was expecting. The ease of screwing the cork screw into the ground with that rubber coating on the handle was a surprise for me as I’ve only ever had them before that were just steel. We went with a little bit longer cable so that we can let him navigate further than just in front of us. Great option to have. I think I’ll order another shorter cable so that if we travel anywhere, we can bring him with a shorter lead. The spring at the base is a fantastic idea as it stops the dog from having an abrupt stop/strain. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a small dog, allows them the freedom to be outside without worrying they’ll run away. The corkscrew anchor was hard to get into the ground originally but was anchored securely and we left it there for next time.

We love it and it’s important for our small dog and it’s best for camping as night time to see orange stake and orange tie-out cable it’s worth it.
