I was really excited to get these especially with the great reviews that these speakers have. Well, it was a total disappointment. Yes, it is a wireless induction/Bluetooth speaker. Yes, it works. You can actually switch modes. You can have it on the induction mode or change it to Bluetooth mode. It works great straight out of the box. Yes, you can charge your phone while using this device. Just know if you do that, you are USING the speaker's battery life to do that, and you actually have to plug the charging wire into your phone. It's not a wireless charger. So, if you are outside & your battery is low, you can use these speakers as an emergency charger for your phone if needed. I for some reason thought it was going to also wirelessly charge your phone, but it does not do that. The speakers DOES need to be charged. It lasts for a few hours if you are constantly using it for the whole day. However, if you're using it at home and near an outlet, you can just keep it plugged in. Then you don't need to worry about it dying. It is lightweight and very portable. That's one of the pros for the product. However, I do not like these speakers because it doesn't get that loud. Also, when you try to make it louder using the buttons on the back, NOTHING happens lol. Even when I tried to make quieter, nothing happens. Adjusting the sounds on my actual phone makes the volume go up & down though. These are SPEAKERS, they need to be loud. Also, while your phone is on these speakers, the volume will actually go up & down on it's own. And no, it is not the song. It's the actual speakers itself. I really wanted to like these speakers, but it's just a waste of money.
