Purchase because I have lower back pain. This is a wonderful Massager! It actually works. It loosen those tight muscles on my lower back and spine. You can set it a different level of massage. I use it at the lowest setting. It also has a heat setting. I am so happy I purchased this massager. I was lucky enough to get to try it out before purchasing, since my daughter had one.

Wow!!! I have received this, what I will be calling from now on: "miracle worker " just 1h ago and and I am 100% "SOLD". I have been having almost daily headaches in the past 6 month from tightening on my neck and shoulder blades. . There are days..... I hurt so bad. 😞 I am used to pushing through pain, I have done PT for chronic neck pain before and it has brought me some relief... but it's short lived. I have tried cupping, several other devices and NOTHING have been able to target and pin point the tension and trigger points on my neck and shoulder blades such a this device. PROS: My FAVE feature of all.... it is giving me the independence and freedom of addressing my pain on my own, without having to ask help to get to the painful spot and it will save me hundreds of dollars on PT co-pays. This Resteck massager, is portable, farely light weight, easy to move around until you find your trigger spots, pains and aches.... and it will work relentlessly on it until you find relief. This lil machine is POWERFUL. It applies the necessary pressure to work through the most stubborn knots and muscle tension. It a "heat" feature that brings good warmth to help with muscle relation, but you can turn it on and off as you wish. All the the controls are on left side for easy access at your fingertips. It offers 3 different apeeds, 2 different directions on the rollers to customize your massage to your preference. It is corded, so you don't have to worry about charging batteries and you can even use it in the car, it comes with an additional car plug (I haven't tried that yet). Very affordable for the effectiveness and high quality of the product. I love that it came with a very well constructed bag, for convenience storage or to take on a trip too. CONS: not many really.... but so far, I wish it was dual voltage 110v-220v to take on international trips. It is bulky. And I am sure some people would prefer something rechargeable and cordless for easier mobility while using it. But I personally love that it's wall plugged so I don't have to worry about not being able to use it when I want for lack of charge. I didn't get paid or get any "freebies" from this review. This massager just have brought me so much needed relief, I think others need to know that you don't have to live in pain. I can't comment on durability since I have had this for just 1 day..... but I will add more pics and video later on when I get a chance.

I’ve had a monthly session with a therapist for 2 years and am very familiar with good therapy. This massager truly gets the job done. I love that it’s portable and has a car charger to even use on the road which is often times when my shoulders and neck will tense up. Highly recommend. I use it on lower, middle back. Shoulder blades, top of shoulders, neck and bottom of head where ears connect and it takes all my pain away. I workout heavy 5 days a week and this is my lifesaver for recovery and maintenance. Nice bag that is way to store in and out without complications. Heating on it is awesome. If I had to say improvements needed it would only be on the material as it’s a bit of a rough mesh and can be rough on bare skin if applying a good bit of pressure for 2-3 rounds.

My wife likes if and I've tried it too. But taking one star away because we can barely feel the heating. Makes me wonder if it even works.

This surprisingly worked well, and after 15 minutes, back pain was gone, another use days earlier, and neck pain was gone. This is well worth the money spent, and cheaper than a Dr, without taking 45 min to get there, wait an hour or two to be seen.

This product is magnificent! Incredibly useful on neck knots, tight occipitals/nerve endings on scalp, shoulders, upper back, bum, but *especially* lower back. Will definitely break up your knots and trigger points. It comes with a handy-dandy travel case and a car charger. Pressure of rotating heads can be hard or soft depending on the way you manipulate it...Instant stress relief! What is ever more **outstanding** is the customer service!! I cannot believe this, but the maker of this effective knot breaker upper actually sent me a BRAND NEW one after 2 years of use; it may have still worked with a new plug, but Ted went above and beyond to just send me an entirely new one with bag and car charger without any push back or issues. He stands by his products, and likes happy, relaxed and relieved customers. WHAT a generous and fantastic seller. Highly recommended. Last thing I'll say: I never write recommendations, but felt compelled to tell potential buyers about both its effectiveness and outstanding customer service. You will not regret this purchase, I promise.

Have had this massager for a few weeks now. So far it has been working out just fine. Read one review were the customer pulled on the arms for a deeper massage and the gears gave out. I also enjoy a deep tissue massage but trying not to pull on the arms to hard. I previously owned a sharper image kneeding massager and the same thing happened to me with the plastic gears wearing out. I like this massage unit a little better because it is a lot easier to manuver down the back and is close to half the price when on sale. I do recommend this purchase. If this wears out would consider purchasing another one.

In general, gets the job done. Applies just the right amount of pressure. Very comfy! Extra carry-on bag is useful. Make sure to check the type of power plug when ordering.

Massage element works well, though minimal ability to adjust so that the machine stays on lower/gentle settings for those with severe shoulder pain. Minimal heat which is very disappointing as the heat mode was the main reason for going for the more expensive machine, for pain relief. Well made & gives a strong massage.
