You get what you pay for and helped my grandma BUT beware that there is wiring in the product, like a bra wire material type. After a month, the wire poked out and bothered my grandma. So if you are going based on sizing measurements or gain weight easily, I recommend size up just in case to avoid the wire poking out.

Very comfortable and nicely customizable. I do feel secure while wearing this, and it does improve my posture. I'm currently studying for long periods of time (extremely sedentary), and this relieves the strain off my neck and back. I only wish this posture corrector was a bit smaller. For reference, I am 5'4 120 pounds and the straps around my waist need to overlap to ensure that the lower back support is stable. The lower strap can be even tighter.Otherwise, the velcro is high quality and it is so comfortable that I did accidentally take a nap in it. I don't see any issues wearing it for over 7 hours. This is was definitely well worth the amount I paid.
