Freaking amazing. Best purchase. Gets cold enough to make sushi/sashimi grade fish. That alone pays for the cost of it. Turn 30 dollars worth of wild frozen salmon into 200$+ worth of sashimi.

We weren't so lucky, but Amazon's customer service is excellent and helped us tremendously.
This item came dented and the seal was not properly sealed in one corner. Amazon's customer service was excellent and addressed the issue and we took pictures so we were given a credit. We would have sent it back if we didn't have a hog fresh from the butcher coming the next day. We needed it desperately we had almost 250 pound of meat coming. Overall it's working properly and is very quiet. The digital front is nice, but a little hard to understand at first. There are detailed directions but sometimes that's not the case it's actually getting the directions.

Cheap and not enough baskets.
I want to purchase a new freezer but mine has 8 baskets. A rail in the middle which the 3 baskets slide on. A rail at the top which 3 baskets slide on and 2 baskets in the bottom. can remove the rail holders, for another one in the bottom. All to hold, organize & seperate items. I no chest freezers these days have them. So now we are looking for uprights.
