I don't go for amount of billions of probiotic cultures stated on the label, because most of the time I don't feel any difference when I take probiotics, with an exception of Florastor (prebiotic).But my friend swears by Amvilab's probiotic - he felt positive effect from the start. Regular and complete elimination, no bloating and overall feeling of "gut wellness".It's very reasonably priced, so if you're looking for probiotic, give it a shot. It might work for you just as well as for my friend.
