Having been less than satisfied with another supplier's products, I needed a new supplier. I ordered a set which arrived right on time even though in the middle of the holiday. I experienced a problem so I contacted the supplier and got a response in under an hour. Better yet, a solution within minutes and another package was dispatched the same day. This is a very effective aftermarket product. I have not notice any difference in the print quality between this cartridge and the OEM cartridges that it replaces. I replace each toner as it fails and at the moment the writer is running a mixture of OEM and these cartridges with no detectable difference in print quality. Price wise this cartridges come in at about 25% of the cost of OEM. To me purchasing from this vendor is a "No Brainer." extra value for those who use "Prime" with free two day delivery.

Great price, great toner. Prints much better than my other off-brand toner cartridges that I've replaced.

We have a Brother printer and recently had to order replacement toner. We decided to try this product due to its price. We have been very happy with these. It has printed with the same quality as the higher priced ones that we started with. I strongly recommend these cartridges. I will gladly order these again when we finally use these up.

With the CYM cartridges still 2/3 full, the M cartridge is dribbling splotches of toner onto the drum, causing red blotches on prints. I've tried removing the cartridge, wiping it clean and wiping the drum clean, but it keeps happening. Won't buy again

Bought these after sample cartridges ran out. They were lousy! One cartridge spilled ink everywhere inside my printer. I am still trying to get the printer to work and Brother won't support the product because rogue cartridges are used. Buy the real thing-- it will save you in time and trouble which will lead to money savings.

I purchased these some time ago but finally ran out of toner so I could use these. I immediately had an error on the LCD screen of my Brother MFC-9340CDW stating "One or more Toner Cartridges are not detected. Pull out and reinsert all 4 Toner Cartridges." I spent the next hour doing that and always the same message. I Googled for problems using generic cartridges (which I have for years on this printer) and found instructions to reset the Toner along with one or two other things to try; all to no avail. So now I'm stuck with a set of toner cartridges that don't work and a machine that won't print. That's the reason for only one (1) star.

Thought I was getting a deal on these. Worked just OK for a little while but then the yellow started "spitting" all over my paper looking like I had gotten mustard on my hands & then handled the documents without wiping my hands. Then the cyan started doing the same thing. Upon further inspection of my printer, I had so much yellow toner in lots of crevices & all over ALL of the drums and the belt. I ended up replacing all the toner cartridges with another brand & cleaned as much of the toner that had gotten inside my printer, the drums, & belt as I could. I will NOT buy this brand EVER again!!!! My printer is now printing better & I'm hoping I haven't ruined it with this crappy toner.
