I love my pre workout 🏋🏻 I’ve been using Transparent Labs Lean Pre-Workout for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. If your goal is body recomposition (building lean muscle while cutting fat), this formula is a great fit. Down 20 pounds First, the energy is smooth and steady. no crash afterward. The caffeine level feels just right, especially if you train early in the morning or after a long day. Second, I love how transparent the label is (true to the name). No proprietary blends, no hidden ingredients, you know exactly what you’re putting in your body. The focus and mental clarity during workouts are noticeable. I feel locked in, especially during strength training sessions. It also mixes well with no clumps, and the flavor is clean not overly sweet or artificial tasting like many other pre-workouts. Worth every penny.

Good taste. It's on the pricey side, but doesn't give me the aggressive skin tingling that other preworkouts give. Other options I've tried make me sweat immediately and tingle all over. It feels like a more relaxed and firm energy boost than getting hit with a freight train.

It tastes great, the powder some times gets into the air when you open the container but otherwise I feel great, no jitters, that only happened after the first two times. I add it to a 24oz bottle and drink it slowly through the first 30mins of my workout. I love it

Great taste and does not upset my stomach the last pre work I was using started to upset my stomach and cause nausea so I switched to this brand and I am glad I did no nausea no upset stomach no jitteriness perfectly sweet and taste as close to natural flavor as I have ever had in a pre workout

Transparent labs is our go to for many reasons, they’ve got the best and most organic selection of products and taste great and really work. My fiance and I have tried all the flavors and by far love blue raspberry the best! Little more expensive but I’d rather be confident in what’s going in my body. Size is good, lasts my fiancé and I about a month. Easily drinkable and gives us a ton of energy for a great workout!

I love love this product. I use this pre workout every morning and half of the same amount for recovery. Does not give me jitters or that hard crash. Dissolves easily and the taste is so good. Keeps my energy level throughout my workout and the best part I have never had any stomach discomfort.
