Great machine
Just got it to help make signing daycare kids in and out easier. It’s a great machine. We do have an issue with reading fingerprints occasionally, but I think it’s mostly user error. Great price compared to others too. Highly recommend… I’ll update in a few months if my views change

Freezing Up
When going to pull data from the machine to run payroll, the time clock will freeze up. We were able to turn the power off and then on a few times and make work. The most recent attempt failed, and we were unable to pull data from the machine, making it useless. This process would not work using the USB or the provided cord.

É arrivato la settimana scorsa , le istruzioni sono in inglese e poco esaustive, non si riesce a capire come impostare le pause pranzo, in quanto nel mio salone non hanno orari fissi. Sì carica tutte le le presenze sulla pennetta data in dotazione e si riporta sul pc, ma siamo ancora in fase di studio
