Tips
Bought these to use with my Hakko soldering station. Tips work pretty good and wen compared to the original tip I couldn't tell a difference. So much so I actually lost the original tip in with the others. OOPS.

Good tips good price.
These fit my new Hakko soldering iron perfectly. They are iron plated, with a nice variety of points. ReOrder 09/12/2025 These are an exact replacement for my 60 Watt temperature controlled Hakko soldering iron. I got 11 tips, not 10 per the Amazon listing! Nice variety of all different tips, and they are iron plated so they will last a long time. They will get a LOT of use. FYI, DO NOT file iron plated tips, that destroys them. All they need is a wipe down with a paper towel and they are good to go.

They're great!*
At my skill level, and with my Hakko - the two tips out of the pack I've used, worked as well as the Hakko tip that came with my FX-888D. Some have pointed out that the holes are off center. A couple of mine are. But honestly, it don't matter. Maybe there's a difference with the slight bit of offset to the thermal mass. The soldering tip itself isn't noticably off center at all, much less to the point where I'm having to do goofy things with the iron or my hands to correct for it. It's just simply not an issue. With that said, i've got rather light soldering experience. More money than skill. But, I tell you, even with these tips on that Hakko - my soldering has greatly improved over the old Radioshack 110v stick I used to try to use. So, my experience as a general newbie to soldering might not be as critical towards the imperfections of these tips as someone who's been a professional solderer for years...
