This is a really simple concept but extremely useful, in part because it's so versatile. The primary function is to sit over a kitchen sink so items can drain to dry, and it does that well. But it's also handy if you want to place it over a sink or basin in order to create an additional resting surface (for larger items, obviously). For example, my bathroom has virtually no flat surfaces of any size, so when tidying the vanity/medicine cabinet recently, I placed the rack over the basin, creating a sorting surface. You can also place it over a kitchen sink draining board, but with a couple of rails extending over the sink itself and hang dishcloths to dry on it, while still being able to use the sink. You can partially roll it up to control the size. And yes, it also makes a good trivet, especially for larger pans. Finally, because it rolls up, it's really easy to store away when not in use. I would definitely recommend.

The size was perfect - not much overhang onto the counter - but still sturdy enough for my needs. I wanted to enlarge the useful area on my laundry room sink, as this is a major drop zone when we first arrive home. Its great for books, mail, take out, groceries, etc., instead of trying to line it all up around the edges :) It seems like it will be easy to clean, but I have had no need to yet. The no stick on the bars is good for keeping items where you put them, and its a sweet little drying rack for gloves, masks, hats, and delicates. Rolls up as described if you need to get it out of the way. I might order another one for the trailer.

This is great for when I can't fit everything onto my dish rack. It's very sturdy and rolls easily for storage when not in use. The silicone coating keeps everything v secure so nothing slides off.

I really prefer this to a dish drying mat. It doesn’t use any counter space and it allows my dishes to drip dry into the sink without making a mess. I’m glad I read the reviews and got the regular size and not the larger size because this fits perfectly on one side of my double sink. I would say my double sink is normal sized that a builder installed fairly recently. Unless your sink is huge get the regular. It’s also easy to clean. Love it!

I use this thing EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I originally had one at the home I nannied at. I loved it and bought one for a friend who didn’t have a dish washer. I wanted one so bad, I eventually got myself one. It’s perfect for dishes, plants, food, so many things.
