At this point they are only getting O stars this is the second time in a row that I have issues with my Amazon purchases I was very excited and soonest as I opened the box I knew it wasn’t looking good the Cello got split in half on the back side due too poor packaging I can believe Stentor send there items like that very SAD..!!

Update: after contacting Amazon, they have shipped me a new one. The damage appears to be on behalf of the shipment. Will provide better review later This arrived damaged, and the soundpost was rolling around inside. Although marked „fragile“ and „this side up“, package arrived battered, and on it‘s side
