Very hard, not thick enough, and the shape is not comfortable.

This really works for me. Took a little getting used to, you need to get it in the right position. Comfortable, good quality and has helped with my heck pain. Would recommend.

Memory foam is quite hard and doesn't offer the level of comfort as I expected.

This was delivered on time in vacuum pack so I did wonder at first what I’d bought but makes it easier to ship I guess! Hasn’t eliviated the headaches that I thought it might so onto finding something that does ! Pillow is comfy & supportive where needed ! 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very comfortable pillow just what I was looking for very comfortable

This pillow is half the depth of the one you see on the pictures. It may be advertised as side sleeper, but It does not work if you are broad shouldered with a firm mattress. My neck is in the worse state it's ever been in. No support at all Maybe if the pillow was thicker as the advertisement images show it would have been fine.

I’m sure this pillow works for most, however I found it to be thinner than it looks in photo, when using it as a side sleeper, I found my head was lower than my shoulders, which resulted in having a very disturbed nights sleep
