The best customer service experience I've ever had! Best computer company on the planet!
This company is amazing! Not only is the computer bullet proff, the customer service team is the very best I've ever encountered anywhere in any industry!!! When those dolts at microsoft rolled out a crap updated that bricked systems wordwide, I was affected. Worse than a blue screen, the computer would not even boot. Skytech gaming support had me reconfigure the hardware over the phone to get it back up and running! The extremely well versed tech spend an hour with me, directing me on how to reconfigure hardware and software until it worked! Amazing! I will buy all of my future computers from Skytech!

Decent Computer
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was pleased with the purchase. The only flaw was the BT receiver didn’t work. A 20 dollar usb BT receiver solved the problem.

Great gaming pc for 19 year old son
This was purchased for my 19 year old son that plays final fantasy many hours. This desktop has been great. He says he has no issues trying to run the larger games and the setup was easy.

Great performance, bad quality.
PC was great while it was running, initially wasn’t working as the RAM was sat incorrectly leading to my display not working. Then after that initial problem I went to work. Came back and played for 3 hours? Left to eat for 5 minutes and came back to the display off, keyboard, mouse, mic LED on. The LED lights in the pc were off and refused to power on after shutting off. PSU made a clicking noise and no longer would turn. Had to return, PC was still amazing while it ran.
