I've been using this several times a week for over a decade. It's fantastic.

This is a top notch product. It holds up very well to heat and can be reused.

Bought a few times before and always found product great. As always delivery and packing also very good. .Good quality parchment at a reasonable price. I was glad to find this baking parchment without the addition of some of the chemicals present on normal wrapping/baking paper. I use it for many purposes, such as wrapping sandwhiches and lining baking tins. I don't like using cling film next to food, but still want to make sure sandwhiches stay moist (air tight), so I usually wrap them first in the parchment and then wrap again with a layer of cling film.

Non harmful and great to keep food fresh or for lining pastry dishes when cooking blind.

I don't know why everything has to be lined with silicone these days.A re- ordereded a few in case unobtainable later.Line clip boxes with this .Prefer not to eat silicone but no choice now.I line clip boxes & freezer bags with meat,cheese & cakes inside as don';t like plastic being frozen next to the contents of things with a fat content. Keeps dried fruit,home made biscuits or whatever.when stored away from plastic too..I wrap & fold round the outer shape of the box 1st & fit it inside easier before filling.Reuse once if contents not too oily on paper.Wrap Christmas cakes in this to store ,& foil on the outside,before icing the cake. Where has good old compostible grease proof paper gone?
