After some time, the heating feature became dim. Since the Amazon return period had already expired I contacted the manufacturer. Their customer service was very helpful and they kindly sent me a replacement massager. The device is easy to use, the heat function makes the massage more relaxing, and the build quality feels solid and comfortable to wear. Overall it’s a good and affordable neck massager and I also had a positive experience with their customer support.
