Very sturdy and great for stretching.
Amazing! Love these for doing small exercises like calf raises and stretches in addition to being good yoga blocks. Very sturdy!

Nice block set, not as thick as a standard block though
So far they have help up nice. They are not as wide as standard yoga blocks so they can be a bit wobbly in balancing poses (that could be a plus though since you have to balance more :) however in some restorative poses I have to use 2 for props instead of one because of the skinny width (thickness) over all I like them and the ball that came with them is amazing for rolling out the plantar tendon.

This product is awesome!!! usually when I order my yoga supplies (ball, blocks, etc) I have to buy them all separately from different places which is so annoying. but with this company, everything is already here!!! the product itself is awesome, too. super lightweight, sleek design and feels great, too! I love it so much!!
