I have ordered this gum a few times now & its helped me so much. Im smoke free & vape free for months now. The flavor isn't extremely strong, but it does the trick. I'll always have some available for the days that get extra hard.

It works and also not work I don’t know that’s why my 3 stars. It didn’t make me quit but when you constantly chewing it may work but also such a small amount with big price so maybe not worth it
