First I will say that this is the first serious DIY tooth whitening product I have tried. I have never noticed a difference with the various whitening toothpastes, so figured, I needed something more professional. I made my decision based on origin of product, customer reviews and price. This product is near the maximum strength ever approved by the ADA. I have a lot of fillings which is a concern. I also have a little bit of gum recession, so didn't want to use something too strong, which may cause unwanted effects or necessitate another purchase of anti-sensitivity gel. I don't know why some report this product didn't whiten their teeth. I just completed my first application, and see a significant improvement - moreso than after a teeth cleaning session I recently had at my dentist. You can tell the product is working because it foams a little bit as the hydrogen and oxygen escapes. I only used about 3/4 cc, so these 5 syringes will probably provide 20 whitening sessions, but I was careful to apply the gel only to the front of my trays. I used this gel in combination with the Whiter Smile Teeth Whitening trays, because they appear to be made in the USA and are BPA free. I will provide a separate review for them. I do not trust Chinese health products, which was a positive influence for this purchase. I cannot say whether a stronger formulation would work better for me, but I can say I think this is a good product, which works well, so I can fully recommend this whitening gel. If I experience any undesirable effects I will amend this review.

I’ve only used this once for about 20 minutes with a blue light bc I happen to have one but I’m not new to teeth whitening. I’ve been doing it off & on for years & I can already tell this is a great product. I drink coffee daily & love teeth staining foods like blueberries. So I have to whiten regularly.I’ve had trays made from a mold of my teeth. You can find this online - they send you the mix & basic upper & lower treys to make your impression (just like they do in the dentist’s office - I used to be a dental assistant) . You send that mold back. They then make upper & lower treys of the mold & send them to u. These are the best to use bc they fit perfectly so they’re very comfortable & u don’t waste any whitening product. But I previously used a 35% carbamide gel (for which I paid more) & I can already see that this works better. Absolutely no irritation at all which is amazing bc I do brush with Sensodyne or Pronamal daily for my typically sensitive teeth. So that’s a HUGE bonus for me.Also, you will easily get 3 treatments out of each syringe. You don’t want to overload the tray bc it will just spill over into your mouth when you insert them which wastes product.I keep these in my fridge as the manufacturer suggests.You’ll be pleased with this product. I used this product exactly as instructed with limited results. I then gradually increased the length of time to upwards of 2 hrs per treatment. Amazingly at 2 hrs there was barely any pain involved. At the same time, there was barely any difference in color over a shorter period of time. Let me say that my teeth are not overly stained by any means, but I found that this product does a minimal amount of surface stain removal. And being as it's only minimally surface it's understandable that the treatment programs are so drawn out. You have to stay on it. I'd say that if your teeth are shiny white with minimal surface staining this is a great product. Especially if you are prone to tooth sensitivity. The problem might be that unlike a lot of other products, this one does not adhere to your teeth so by the end of a treatment it's pretty much washed away. All in all, I think this is more of a maintenance product and less of a whitening product.

I have not been enjoying how yellow my teeth are becoming since I can't really whiten with my Invisalign bumps (attachments glued onto my teeth) using my usual Crest Whitestrips 2 hour treatment. I drink black coffee M-F and just life in general helps stain themI stumbled on this product and saw the great reviews and decided to try it outI like that the syringes are filled to order and it's delivered in a timely manner. I would recommend buying this in the colder months since you need to refrigerate these little guys.Some oozed out when i took off the tip but it's not surprising. I think the directions that come with it could be written a bit better and simply as bullet points or something.The pink tip dispensed the gel effectively into my Invisalign but since the trays snap into place, a bunch of the gel got spattered out onto my gums which I immediately felt. I think that just comes with the territory since I put the trays in as gently as I could.I definitely felt sensation (like pins and needles) for about 5 minutes but I have a few areas with receding gums which makes my teeth kind of sensitive to start with. The initial 10 minutes went by really quickly and I felt no pain or sensitivity afterwards. I didn't do such a great job with a few spots missed but I think there's a slight learning curve.My teeth seem a bit brighter and I'm looking forward to seeing the end results once I'm done with all 5 syringesAll in all, I think $25 for the amount you get with the effectiveness of the product itself is a total steal!!
