Very Effective & Easy To Use
I bought this after having previously suffered damage to the lacquer on alloy wheels with some other products, as this promises to be ph neutral and kind to all paintwork. I tested it on the insides of the alloys on my Lexus. They have not been cleaned for literally years, as I simply clean the outer face of the wheels and ignore the bits that are hidden away. The wheel surfaces were so contaminated with iron oxide from the discs that they were effectively a chocolate brown colour. Obviously I had to remove the wheels before cleaning them to access the inner faces. I sprayed on the Dragon's Blood with a spare sprayer and worked it in with a stiff nylon brush of the type normally used in the kitchen sink for the dishes. Right away it formed a thick foam of suds that stuck to the wheel and allowed it to work for 5-10 minutes without running off the surface. One could see the liquid turning purple where it reacted with the iron. One application removed the vast majority of the filth, and a second dose had them looking really sparkling. It is simple to rinse off with cold water. I used about half a litre to clean all four wheels, so a 5 litre bottle will probably last longer than I will. It is definitely kind to the lacquer and in addition it does not seem to dry out skin too much. I didn't wear gloves when using it, but I would not recommend that practice; it is a case of don't try that at home. All in all, I think this is a great product, doing exactly what the makers claim it will do. It is quite simply the best wheel cleaner I have used.

This really works!
Hold on to your hat, this product actually works. You will have to decant it into a spray bottle to apply it. I used an empty kitchen cleaner spray bottle which works a treat. It smells a bit like an oil refinery or diesel fumes but as you are out in the open air this is not a problem. The only obsticle I experienced is living through a hosepipe ban. I really wanted to rinse it off with my power washer as somehow a watering can does not cut the mustard. I genuinely recommend this product to clean your alloy wheels with ease.

Good budget alternative to Korrosol
Pretty good, not quite up there with Bilt Hamber Korrosol as it needed a lot more agitation than its more pricey competitor… but this is pretty good considering you’re getting 5l for less than 1l Korrosol and it does the job.

Really very very good and definitely worth the money
So, dragons blood. First up, it STINKS, because of the composition of it, its going to. So, no surprises there. As you can see on the attached pictures, my trial of this product was on my own car. The wheels are powder coated in black, and, notoriously difficulty to clean and keep clean. Dragons blood though has brought them up superbly. I did not "water it down", and, was obviously cautious on how long to leave it on before rinsing off. But, it's not aggressive as some of the other products on the market, and I was more than happy to leave it on, agitate each wheel, and, while I did the other wheels you could see it definitely working. After rinsing and drying the wheels, it's fair to say that it's a very very good product. After doing the wheels, I used the dragon blood on the lower half of the car, on the places where the mud and grot really needs to be worked at, and, again, after spraying this on, and, just leaving it to work for about 5 - 10 minutes, I hosed it off, and then, cleaned with a sponge with car wash on. And, once again, I'm really pleased to report its excellent. Overall. Cheaper than other products that Claim to do the same job Great value for money Not aggressive to powder coated wheels or paint Easy to use Very happy

It's ok, but not good
The wheels on our cars are generally kept pretty clean, but this stuff isn't that good. Still leaves brake dust behind meaning you really need to get in with a microfibre towel and basically polish the wheels afterwards. I'd have given a lower score, but the colour change amuses me, so it gets an extra star for that.

The best!
Considered the rest, but frankly this is the best. Cuts through all the dirt on your wheels and delivers exceptional results. Safe on paintwork. 5 litre will last ages. Good value

A must have item!
Expensive investment but well worth it and it works as expected. Wear safety goggles and don't huff the fumes as the product does stink. It is a low viscosity liquid that sprays and doesn't clog a spray bottle unlike other products which can have a very high viscosity and are more like gels, this product gets into nooks and crannies instead of clumping up in one area and after sitting for a minute or two in high humidity I feel that the product did a fantastic job - on par with more expensive iron decontamination products i've used before. It was nice to see one of my rims looking so brown and caked in grime/brake dust actually just be road grime as the expected blood bath wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, now my rims look nice again.
