Fast delivery and excellent quality.
Delivered as promised. I have been using the Mega B-Stress version of this Solaray B Complex for decades. It works very well. I just moved to this version because my doctor said I should cut back on the Vitamin C which is in the Mega B-Stress. This version is very close but has no Vitamin C, so we will see if that works better for me at this time.

Hard to swallow
This product has the B vitamins I wanted but the capsules are huge and difficult to swallow.

Good, clean vitamin B
I have been using this supplement over 6 months now and I have no issues with it. Small/normal size for this type of pills. I have no problem swallowing it and taking it with other vitamins at the same time. I take this vitamin B to make sure I get enough daily dose of folic acid and B12, it helps me to focus and have more energy during the day. It's part of my daily "brain food" dose. It's a pretty clean vitamin with not a lot of inactive or added ingredients, which is a must for me.

Quality product
This is a very good product. I've been taking vitamins for decades. When you take them, make sure you are getting a quality product, otherwise you're wasting your money and not getting any benefit. Also don't take just one vitamin B, like B12 or B6, for a long time. This can make you ill. You need to take all vitamin Bs together. They work as a group. There are always a lot of pseudo vitamins out there and miracle products. Be careful

Great value and quality for your money!
You get a good amount of pills for the price you are paying. This is a really good company, one that i trust to take. I always open the capsules and swallow the powder, to help it break down in the body better. You can get past the taste, and yes these do turn your urine yellow. The body uses what it needs of Vitamin B and excretes the rest through urine. Unlike Vitamin D where the excess is stored in the tissues of the body.
