I have only used this for eggs currently, but this really works very well. I purchased this for my wife since she need her food cooked lightly and not crispy. I really like the feature of flipping if over to cook both sided without flipping the food manually. We will be using this every summer if not all of the time.

Wow, absolutely wonderful! I should have taken pictures of how they came out. My house usually handles the sleepovers for my son's friend group and this pancake flipper made it so easy and fast to get the pancakes out for hungry, big teen appetites. The pancakes came out the perfect coloring, I did use butter on the pan, so I am not sure how non-stick it is without oil/butter. It is the perfect size for pancakes and for eggs. I made myself an omelette and that too came out wonderful. From my experience using it, the head distribution was even, which was fantastic and I have to say I was a little surprised. I am usually suspicious of as seen on tv products, but this had 6k reviews and did not disappoint, what a hit! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to make pancake making easy.

For someone cooking for themselves this is a perfect solution - it makes perfect omelets and fried eggs, and clean-up is easy.

This does work really well, does not need spray oil, and does work, just not as great as expected as the claim in the product is: everything just slides right off the pan My first thing got messed up as I went to flip it, trusting the non-stick, and it stuck to the top and half went to the bottom. Before flipping you have to slide a spatula under it first to make sure it isn't sticking (this is everytime I have used it) otherwise it will stick. With that slight adjustment it is worth using and makes it worth getting. Just wish they would word that in as the description really seems to imply you don't need to do anything.

Works great as a no stick skillet for a few months then it sticks every time. Finally had to throw it away.

Makes very fluffy pancakes

This GOTHAM PAN worked beautifully today! I decided to make my mom an omlette this morning! I used 3 eggs, ham, onion and cheese, cooked them until the top was set and FLIPPED IT OVER! The trick is to make sure the eggs are cooked almost through on the bottom, then flip the pan! Another plus, it's so easy to clean, a very well made and reasonably priced product!
