Be patient going through the phases because it’s worth it! I experienced a noticeable difference within 4 days and I’m still going through the phases. Some days are awesome with no pain. When the pain slips through it’s not as bad as the original pain. Looking forward to finding my maintenance level. Really cuts back on the painkillers and my liver likes that. M

I wanted to share my experience with Heal-N-Soothe after taking two bottles. It has helped my back tremendously! While I still experience pain, especially on days when I’m more active, the discomfort is significantly less than when I wasn’t taking these supplements. However, they are quite expensive. Some users report that they can manage with just one dose a day (3 pills), but I find that I need to take 9 pills daily. This means one bottle lasts me only 10 days, and I still have some discomfort. Would I recommend Heal-N-Soothe? Absolutely! That’s why I’m sharing my experience. However, the cost is a concern for me, as it works out to about $5 a day for my dosage. Being on a fixed income, that daily expense is difficult to budget in, and I’m not sure I can continue at this price, despite the benefits. This was recommended by my arthritis doctor, an MD and it's really helped- especially my hands. Before using this, I could pull just a few weeds before my hands cramped up but now I can weed for hours.

Without even opening the bottles, I am flabbergasted at the actual program and quantity required to even start. I bought two 60 count bottles for my husband and I to try. I all the info online in the description, there is nothing about the quantity we would actually each take every day. There was nothing about "detox" which required 6 pills a day each for 90 days. With what I bought, we had enough for one person for 20 days. The program keeps you on 3-6 a day after 90 days forever.... This is a complete rip off. We were led to believe this would give us a 1 month trial with each bottle. It may work but I will pursue other options.. if they can't be transparent in what is required, how can i trust this is legit. Buyer beware../

This product is working on my joints in my knees on my 4 th month of use.

This keeps pain manageable. And I sleep better when taking it in the evening.
