I dont have any of the things it's used for like GERD or acid reflux but I am a side sleeper and already i have noticed a huge improvement in my sleep. I feel rested after I wake up now and no longer in pain. Also the pillow stays cool and firm. Never had anything like it until now. Very durable and stable system. Highly recommend you try it. Just be sure to read the instructions so you know how to use it first. Seen a lot of reviews complaining about sliding down the pillow or smushing your face. Note--if you're not used to sleeping in a correct position, yeah it might feel weird at first but that feeling doesn't last long at all. You have to find what works for you. Is it an expensive system? Yes. Is it worth the value? Absolutely!

You really need to climb up on that thang. The body pillow is great for winter but it gets really hot. You also really need to climb up on the slanted pillow to let the tiny top support, support anything. It's alright...you need to adjust to it more than. It being instantly comfy.

Takes up alot of space! If you flop from side to side its alot of work, it took me quite a few times to adjust, some nights I wake up and only use it half nite. Storing it off the bed is tricky, finaly found a storage bag made for it. The candy cane shaped body pillow is heavy and very good quality, NOT like typical body pillows. I paid with HSA and ot definitely takes all the pressure off your shoulder.

My husband’s arm falls asleep and he gets neck pain. We thought this might be a great solution, but he said he felt trapped after the first night. Dont get me wrong, it’s comfortable, but it’s cumbersome for people who wake up a few times a night to pee. The photo shows it ended up on the floor switched out for a regular pillow. We mutually agreed that if it was $50 or less we’d keep it, but at $200, it’s not worth it. Returning it after the first night.

The best night sleep I have had in years! I have been sleeping on a wedge pillow since my SI Fusion and am a side sleeper. I needed something that would align my spine as well while I sleep. This pillow solved all my issues! I didn’t have to worry about my shoulder pain and I could finally sleep on my side. The base pillow isn’t too elevated like a wedge pillow and the body pillow was firm yet soft enough to mould to your body. The base pillow almost seems flat to your bed but it’s not. The support I experienced last night allowed me to rest so good I slept through my alarm. I highly recommend the quality and support you receive from this pillow. I have a king size bed and it takes up my area. I’m not sure how to store this but really plan on keeping on my bed like a pillow.
