We did a Metal roof and had no issues.

I am surprised how good this works.It does not fit well on my drill (Milwaukee M18) as the chuck is too wide for the collar on this thing, but it works fine with the collar loose, if you use the metal bracing bar against the drill's handle.The key is to go slow. Not always easy on some drills as the trigger can get touchy.So much cheaper than a dedicated cutter. If you have just one or two jobs to do with this, I would recommend it.

Definitely only good on flat metal. Doesn't work well on corrugated metal which was what we needed to cut.

Good quality, great price and good functionality

Anyone who has worked with metal will tell you that no matter how much you protect your hands with gloves etc... that stuff is sharp and will cut you any chance it will get. This tool is excellent and extremely useful for many reasons. 1. You can actually keep your hands physically away from the metal, you can clamp in the metal, then run this tool down the edge. 2. it's quality material and the metal will last a while. All you need is a decent drill you can hook it up to, and you can protect your fingers from those sharp edges. Just keep in mind, this is a cutting tool, it is not a bending or folding tool. You will still need a separate tool for that or risk your fingers in that endeavor.
