Touchless Kitchen Sink Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer 15 Inch

This is my favorite purchase from Amazon in quite some time. I installed this faucet yesterday and it is wonderful! It is all stainless steel including the sprayer / waterfall head. It was fairly easy to install. The pull out sprayer nozzle length will depend on where you apply the weight on it. The further down on the sprayer hose you install it the further your sprayer nozzle will pull out. Therefore if your sprayer nozzle isn't coming out far you will need to reposition the hose weight. It's an installment issue, not a manufacturing issue or a error in the product description. The hardest part of the install was me getting the sink and old broken faucet out of the counter. The waterfall function on the faucet is beautiful and feels nice on the skin when washing hands. The sprayer function works well and will blast residue off of dishes easily. The head rotates easily into the pot filling position as well. Okay, I'm not usually this excited about a faucet, but this one has completely blown me away. If you're looking to upgrade your kitchen sink experience, you need to check this out. I can't say enough good things about this faucet, I'm a mom in my twenties and I've never done anything like this before and I installed this by myself in less than 30 minutes. The price is INSANELY low for the quality, this in my opinion feels like it should be upwards of $120+ it's that good. I had no issues installing it alone because the instructions were so easy to follow. I love the water pressure, I've experienced no leakage whatsoever, I feel like this performs better than any faucet I've used prior, it looks so cool and it stays clean which is so important. I just feel like for the price this is so nice, I own a duplex so I plan on buying a second one to put on the other side as well. It just made my whole kitchen feel so updated. I've already recommended this to everyone I know, if you're considering this over something more expensive just know that this one does not feel cheap in any way and it's definitely worth it.

I love this faucet, but… (1) You better like changing batteries. I wanted to switch to an AC adapter, especially after seeing how short the cord to the battery pack was. (I wasn’t looking forward to having to clean out the area under my sink and then crawl back down there on my back just to change batteries.) But - wowzer!!!! - the battery pack GIMILI says is compatible costs $40+. That’s b/w 1/3 and 1/2 of what I paid for the actual faucet! No thanks. And because of the narrow barrel housing, it’s hard to find alternatives that are able to reach the recessed plug. Seriously, charging this much for a cheap AC adapter (that you almost have to buy because they’ve made it hard for alternatives to work) seems nuts. If it was a fancy-pants luxury brand - e.g., if Apple made faucets with fancy proprietary connectors lol - then fine, I wouldn’t like it but I’d expect it. This was a shock. (2) Speaking of not wanting to crawl on my back under the sink more than I have to…the cold water pressure was basically ZERO. Turns out, the mesh filter they want you to install had a flow restrictor in it that doesn’t just slow the flow…it pretty much stops it. Your faucet is worthless junk until you remove it. At least, mine was. I was this close -> <- to returning it before deciding to, yep, crawl under the sink on my back again to undo that connection and remove that part. Works like a charm now. (3) One nice touch that I miss from previous faucets is when the water automatically turns on and off when you pull the head out. I wish this faucet had that feature. Honestly, though, I think it’s a great faucet, especially for the price. It looks nice, feels nice, and performs nice. It’s just those three things (especially the first two)… But if those don’t bother you, e.g., you don’t mind batteries, you remove the flow restrictor ahead of time - like I should have thought to do, and you don’t mind having to (gasp!) manually move your hand in front of the sensor to start/stop water flow when using the head? Then you should probably just buy this thing. It’s good.

Faucet looks great and performs as promised. After two years of use the faucet developed a small leak at the water turn on/off. The warranty had expired but I reached out to the company for assistance on fixing the leak; the company responded very quickly seeking video of the leak, which I provided, and the next day they responded with a solution. The company provided the necessary parts, along with easy to follow directions on how to correct the problem. I have received better support from this company than I EVER received from the Big Box stores - Will absolutely do business with this company again and recommend their products to my friends and family (and all of you, as well). Sincerely could not be more pleased with the product, the product support, and my interactions with the company's customer service!

This faucet is not only a piece of art, it is engineered to perfection. We often don't think about the projection of the faucet and this one fits my sink much better than my former, Delta $400 tap touch. It also is "touchless" and that works very well. The repositioning is painless and there is no splashing even if rotating with the water running. I find the hose to be just the right length for both sides of my sink. Water pressure is excellent and my sink is not extra deep but there is no splashing all over like there was with my Delta. You do have to hold the button in if you want to use the spray nozzle while extended but it is not a big deal. The button is convenient and not hard to push. This is just genius and the price is the frosting on the cake. I included a video so you can see for yourself. Love it!

Looks great and was easy to install, but the touchless sensor failed three separate times within the first year. The manufacturer sent replacement parts, but each replacement eventually failed as well. After repeated troubleshooting and repairs, I had to bypass the touchless system just to keep the faucet usable. I appreciate the manufacturer's efforts, but three failures indicate a reliability problem, not a defective part. I would not buy this faucet again.

I installed it myself with ease. It has great pressure that I was truly surprised by. The function of turning the head to shower function is great and the non touch function works perfectly as well! So far it does not leak anywhere and it is actually really pretty! I am seriously surprised of the quality after reading some of the previous comments. I was kind of hesitant to buy it but I thought it was worth a try and I am so glad I did! It is great for a really good price!

The product is saying and showing by picture that it is a faucet, while it came to me as a cheap plastic accessory painted in stainless steel color, that is supposed to be attached to a faucet. It doesn't turn and it is awfully finished. It is a scam
