Happy with this grinder. Powerful enough for my DIY tasks. I used it to remove a rusty exhaust on the car. Seems well put together and appears to be a robust unit. I like the soft start feature that spins up the disk gradually. Comfortable to use with no noticeable vibration. Great for the price

A great soft start angle grinder, bought to remove a stainless steel flexi section from a car exhaust. The job was performed on a driveway, limited space, so accuracy, good cutting and grinding capabilities and most importantly a soft start was essential. Working with the cutter 4 inches from your nose, with safety visor, I wanted no kick, but a powerful and sustained cutting tool, any jamming, kick etc, could have resulted in significant damage to the car and possible injury to myself. This tool made neat work of cutting through stainless steel mesh, stainless steel corrugated tube, and plain tube. Then cleaning up with grinding disks to add the replacement part. Then cleaning job provided a good around work out. The tool is easy to use, even with one hand in a very tight spot.

As allay I love the brand but this one is good for a hobbiest but it’s quite bulky but other then that it was fine and does the trick for me as I bought it as a spare so I didn’t have to keep changing discs between jobs

Since retiring and selling my extensive range of professional 240 volt tools, I have been replacing them Einhell Tools. With over 20 Einhell products I had not hesitation in buying this Angle Grinder which has proved excellent value. I have been using this Angle Grinder for over 12 months so ready to offer my opinion. The handle and body are comfortable to use as also offering a balance tool to use. On the odd occasions when cutting steel and inadvertently getting the blade pinched the grinder automatically stops. The side handle can be fitting in three different positions which has proved very useful as I use a different position for grinding from straight cutting operations. The power is at a level suitable for cutting steel and stone. The longevity of a any blade you choose is reflected in the price you pay. I have stuck with purchasing Einhell replacement blades. The press slide switch is positioned at the top of the body for ease of use. There is a spindle lock button and the spanner is held inside the hand grip which facilitate ease of changing the disc. As with this tool, I choose to buy bare back, i.e. with no battery and charger. I have built up a range of 9 batteries up to 4 Amp power with 5 charges chargers. Thus I am not prevented from using multiple tools at the same time. I believe the Angle Grinder deserves a 5 Star rating. It comes with a 3 year general warranty plus 10 year warranty for the brushless motor (requires registration).

Decent grinder for a DIYer

A robust, but fairly compact grinderette that represents excellent value. It’s powerful enough with the 5Ah battery to cut 6mm steel without slowing down much making it highly portable. Because it’s so robust, there’s little transferred vibration making it easier to use than my older corded Makita. In all, this is typical Einhell functionality combined with quality which is also great value. I highly recommend these cordless tools especially if you’re an avid DIY enthusiast or even lighter duty industrial applications.

This would have had 5 stars except there was no english instructions, plenty of other languages. Not such a big deal as I am familiar with tools etc. The machine however is excellent and, as I have other Einhell cordless machines, the same batteries that I initially bought fit all machines. I higl=hly recommend Einhell.

Comprada casi por capricho, la voy usando en un montón de chapuzas en casa. Solo tiene un problema y es que con la batería de de 2,2 Ah se atasca muy a menudo. Exige usarla con batería de 5,2 Ah y se nota mucho la diferencia. Por lo demás, sin ser una herramienta profesional, es una compra excelente.
