I got these Melts Healthy Gut strips for myself and honestly, I’ve started to feel a real difference. My digestion feels lighter and I don’t feel as bloated after meals anymore. ’ve been using these oral strips for 6 months, and they’ve worked really well. My IBS, anxiety, burping, and cramps have almost completely gone, and even my sleep quality has improved. The only issue I face is reduced hunger, otherwise it’s an excellent product for gut health.

It was all round a decent product. It didn't really massively help me, maybe cause I have a severe case and this one is better for daily maintenance of gut health. Preferably go for the daily slow probiotic capsules.
