I've had no issues with this computer so far Set up was easy and quick I am happy with my purchase I like HP products for the quality and functionality It is super-fast the one option I would have liked is a disc drive but not a deal breaker with all of the portable drives on the market Over all this is a great computer for price.

I'm very pleased with how this unit runs so far. It's certainly much faster than my 6-year old tower. It has a decent amount of memory, and I love all the extra USB ports in front. This means you don't have to fiddle with turning the tower around to install what may be a temporary USB adapter you'll need for just a few hours. In my view, this HP tower was fairly priced. Lastly, this is an HP computer, and my choice of this brand was based on my positive experiences with the previous HP units I've owned. For me, this was the right machine.

computer okay but contacted seller twice because they didn’t ship the wifi dongle- they said they would but after 3 months still don’t have it.

Product seems to work well with the exception that the onboard audio output stopped working after about 10 days. The trouble shooting help center ( 3 different agents) worked with me for an hour or so but could not solve the problem. The phone help was great and the agents did their best to solve the problem. I was told that I would need to reimage my hard drive which would wipe out all apps and data but I was unwilling to do that. An internet search provided a procedure to reinstall Win 11 version last installed without losing apps or data. I did the reinstall and the sound problem was solved. So onboard audio hardware was not the problem. Other than that hiccup the computer is working well.

My desktop computer died a while back, and I needed a replacement quickly. This tower was a good deal and was delivered on time. I recommend it.

This is a simple style, perfect for my simple needs. Fast on speed. Made well, wifi connection and is capable of much more than I use. All my connections are with HP, so it is all smoothy compatible.

Had a tech(friend) set it up for windows 11, all systems "go" currently using it & as advertised, lightening fast, didn't realize how old unit was much slower.

So far i love it..it's nice clicking on something and boom...its there..restarts fast and easy. Only down side is no CD or DVD drive but I assume I could add one but asked myself when was then last time I used it on my old computer? Everything is digital now.
