These are good quality standard phosphor bronze strings so good for acoustic or electro acoustic guitars. I would usually use the next guage on my guitars (12 to 56 and use duratone coated strings for longer life) but these are good for smaller body guitars which was why I tried them.. depending on the action on your guitar these will be slightly easier to play but really there's not much in it! Phosphor bronze are usually slightly longer lasting in my opinion too..
