Why does the mat sometimes feel warm and other times not warm enough?

Red light works best when it reaches your skin directly! Thick clothing (like hoodies) can block the light. For the strongest effects, use on bare skin or under thin, light-colored fabrics. Cold rooms may also make the warmth less noticeable.

The power adapter gets VERY hot. Is this safe?

Yes! This is normal for high-power devices like ours. Our adapter is CE-certified with dual safety protection. Simply unplug when not in use. If you see smoke or smell something unusual, stop it and message us immediately!

Does this emit EMF radiation?

Why does my new mat smell strange?

Don’t worry – that odor comes from adhesives we use to secure the inner layers. It’s safe and no skin contact! To remove the smell faster, lay the mat flat near a window for 24-48 hours. The fresher the air, the quicker it disappears!

How do I clean the mat?

After each session, wipe the surface with a dry microfiber cloth. For stubborn spots, lightly dampen the cloth with water and 1 drop of mild dish soap – never use alcohol, bleach, or sprays. Always let it air dry completely before rolling up.
