Previously upgraded two second generation iPad Pro 12.9s to fifth generation iPad Pro 13s. I had an older generation Typecase keyboard case on my 12.9 and replaced it with a current model. Great keyboard performance, great protection for my iPad. Love their well designed products.

I needed an inexpensive device that makes my Ipad a laptop, and this is amazing. My iPad sticks to it so so good!

Although constrained by the size of the 11" iPad Air M3, the keyboard provides a robust typing experience that enhanced by the function key options and the trackpad. It is possible to manage the iPad with just the keyboard which increases the efficiency on projects that require or benefit from using a keyboard. Finger travel and tactile feedback are quite good. And even with large fingers, I find the keyboard comfortable to use. There seems to be little or no lag in the blue tooth connectivity. This means that using the keyboard is quick and responsive. Overall the fit and feel is almost as good as a standard keyboard. One of the reasons that I chose this keyboard case was the option to have a case color that complimented by preference for blue over the standard black or white. The blue of this case is very pleasing. Placement of the iPad Air is simple and easy. The magnetic hold of the iPad Air is very good but only allows for the horizontal placement of the iPad. Since that is the way I use the iPad Air most of the time, that is not an issue for me. I am still forming the habits to power up the keyboard for use and power down the keyboard after use. I also need to remember to secure the flap magnetically to the back so that it does not interfere with the screen visually. Speaking of the flap, the pencil/stylus holder secures the pencil/stylus which is an appreciated function. Even though I have only had the Edge Keyboard Case for a limited time, I am prepared to suggest that it is a cost effective option for a keyboard case that provides excellent function paired with aesthetically pleasing protection.

Fantastic product! I have two of these. One for my iPad Pro 2020 model and one for the new pro with the M4 chip. I am not paid by Typecase or Amazon. These are my true thoughts. The following applies to both keyboards: I’m a broker that needs a reliable platform on the go. This keyboard protects, is responsive to the touch, has multicolored backlighting and has a special slide through compartment for your Apple Pencil that still allows a charge. It’s been the most reliable and stylish keyboard combo I’ve owned yet, and vastly exceeding my expectations for quality and appearance. Zero issues thus far with either of the cases. Don’t hesitate. It’s a high quality accessory that will exceed your expectations. Hope this helps.

I had the original Magic Keyboard and wasn’t a fan of paying for the newer version made by Apple for my new IPad Pro M4. I searched for a more affordable option. I landed on this keyboard. This keyboard has a lot going for it. But in the end I returned it. And bought the newer Apple Magic Keyboard. This keyboard is great to type on. Works great in the lap. Great backlit keys. The protection for the pencil was welcome. I lost two Apple pencils with the original Magic Keyboard. Why I returned it has to do with scrolling. I don’t know if there is an inherit issue or if the one I purchased was defective. But after about a hour of use I couldn’t scroll Web pages or documents. With the touchpad on the keyboard. Even on the touchscreen of the iPad. If I shut the keyboard off scrolling would return to normal. If I turned the keyboard back on all was ok with the touchpad to scroll and also on the iPad screen. But after a hour scrolling would stop working properly again. I returned it and paid the bucks for the latest Apple Magic Keyboard. Which works great. Although I do miss the features of this keyboard,

I got my iPad Air 5th gen a couple months ago and have been looking for a nice keyboard case. My wife found this one and I fell in love with it. I wanted one with a backlit keyboard, track pad, and the floating iPad design (like the Apple Magic Keyboard). This one checks all of those boxes and then some. keys feel great and typing on it feels pretty natural, even for my big hands. All of the shortcut keys are pretty handy. Both hinges seem to be pretty solid. One of my concerns with this style of case was the iPad shaking or moving while typing, but turned out to be a non issue because the iPad mounts to the case with a pretty solid and strong magnetic connection. Unlike the Apple version, this one has a built in battery which makes it slightly heavier and requires you to have to charge it separately (it’s USB-C), but for a third of the price, it’s a sacrifice worth making. I’ve only had this keyboard case for a couple of days, so this review is based off my initial impression. However, I expect it to do well because it seems to have an excellent build quality. This will be by go-to keyboard case for quite a while and would recommend it to anyone looking for one with the same features I was.

Great keyboard overall. Letters are hard to see when it is sunny or when sun is going down. Wish they glow in the dark to make more readable on color backgrounds. Value is awesome. Works better than the Apple keyboard. It fits perfectly and protects iPad from hard breaking. Also, wish the clasp was removable or had a holder to keep it in place. It sometimes drops in way of camera if Pencil is not holding it up.

******Review changed **** Very bulky case and the magnet isn’t strong enough . The keyboard sometimes doesn’t respond either . Disappointed with the purchase ☹️ After the replacement- the replacement came in quickly. Their customer service is awesome. 🤩 It works well . And the ipad stays perfectly fit on the magnetic case . Totally worth it

Se ve como un magic keyboard pero tiene diferencias como los colores de la retroiluminación. Creo que le falta tener un indicador adecuado del estado de la batería... el que se pudiera cargar directamente a través del iPad... pero por el precio realmente es un excelente producto.

Have had this keyboard for about 2 years now and is still in amazing condition and holds a charge for over a month.

The keyboard is a little small but it is on a 11in so keep that in mind, the movement of the screen is a little small not as flexible or as moveable as I thought but keep in mind the price. I haven’t had enough time for it to see the battery life but over all for the price is a great keyboard.

Perfect item, fits well and keeps battery fresh as it closes securely. Stand is sturdy and a great product
