I love the calorie count on these the convenience of these and the quality of these and the protein content on these and I love that these are easy to mix in my protein, coffee in the mornings or with frozen berries or just plain over ice. I love that there is no chunkiness to these.

Love this stuff, it makes a perfect creamer for my coffee. I get creaminess, a little sweetness and some protein every morning in my coffee. Very cost effective as well when you compare the price of regular coffee creamer. I can also then grab one for a quick high protein lunch - great taste!

Smooth consistency, great flavor, high protein, not bad calories, easy to take with you in a rush. Great cold or room temperature. Would recommend.

These are a cheap solution to get 30g of protein, and additional vitamins..etc. I used to be a hardcore gym rat and as I get older I am more prone to finding easier solutions to maintain my protein intake. These are cheaper than those fancy name brand shakes. The flavor is decent based on others I've had. You also do not need to refrigerate these and thats handy to keep them laying around. The containers are recyclable so do your part please! These are not clumpy, and I do not have any digestive discomfort at all. I've even used some of this in a hot chocolate to add flavor and "brotein".

I started drinking these when recovering from surgeries and chemo and couple years ago. I needed to put muscle back on but my appetite was suppressed and tastebuds destroyed from the chemo for 6 months. In the hospital I was offered Ensure but found it way too thick and couldn't drink it. Premier Protein was far tastier, still creamy, but thinner and better tasting. 30 grams of whey protein per package. Became my go-to every morning for a pre-coffee, pre-breakfast drink. I still have a case delivered monthly, as I am mid-60s, and this helps me keep my protein intake up. Vanilla is by far my favorite... I've tried their mint-chocolate, rootbrer float, strawberry cream flavors and didn't care for them much.
