I've been very happy with this toaster. Reviews of the many toasters showed that many people felt that toasters often do not evenly toast on both sides. I have found this one to be pretty good as the toasting is nearly equal. Probably none of them are perfect, but this one has been close for me. It is simple to operate; I don't need a complex set of options. One neat feature is the ability to toast frozen bread. Just select Defrost and the desired amount on the dial and the toast comes out perfect. If I don't want the bread toasted, but just defrosted as for a sandwich, I select the Defrost options and set the Dial at 1. Works great. Pretty stylish too and light weight.

What can I say? Super cute, matches my kitchen perfectly! I love the matte finish too! It's easy to use, toasted my bagels perfectly, and feels well made. This is my second Bella toaster (I had a red one for several years before changing my kitchen color scheme). Obviously I was happy with my first one since I bought the same brand to replace it with. So I'm sorta not understanding the negative reviews - it does what it's supposed to, is easy to use, is well made, and really cute! Great value for the money!

Very nicely designed and functioning toaster. It's not super fancy, but then all it has to do is make toast. And it does it very well. It looks nice on the kitchen counter too.

Love all the features. The color is a muted deep purple. I love it. Happily, not a bright "Barney purple". It worked really well until it began making very dark toast on setting 3. Unfortunately when I noticed that consistently, it was 1 day past return day. I am waiting a callback from company.

Good quality, lightweight, nice color. I wanted a more compact and lightweight toaster than the one I had before. I’m not keeping it on my counter. It’s being stored in a cupboard and only taken out when used, then put back away. It toasts bread very nicely and fits bigger bagels like I wanted it to.

Love, love, love this toaster. I wanted something simple and reasonably priced as a replacement to an old toaster. This came up and I initially went to order the plum, but saw the blue and was sold. It's perfect. Lightweight, tucks in the corner easy and is quick and even toasting. Great value and quality.

The toaster looks nice and matches my kitchen just like I wanted it to. However, it does not toast evenly. One side of my toast is much darker than the other side. If I turn it up one side is black. If I turn it a click down one side is dark and the other side barely toasted at all. I do not recommend this toaster as I'm very disappointed and will have to buy something else. I only gave it a second star because it looks nice so if you don't care how it actually toasts....it might be the toaster for you. Definitely not the toaster for me. You can see in my photos the piece of toast and how one side is much darker than the other. One side is borderline burnt and the other side is barely toasted.

GREAT FOR THICKER SLICES ! UNFORTIUNATELY THE PANCAKES NOW A DAYS VIA SHRINKFLATION DROP IN BETWEEN TO BOTTOM & ARE TOO DIFFICULT TO REMOVE .
