The sprayer pump sounded as if it was working but would cut off quickly and would never pump and spray liquid. The hose has no mechanism to prevent kinks and is very thin. It also had no filter for the intake or the main opening for adding liquid.

I received first unit in an undamaged double box. The unit was cracked (split) all along the top seam of the plastic tank. I returned, which was easy and received new unit. After charging and assembling, the unit would not spray. I followed the on-line support and troubleshooting guide and still would not function. A close inspection shows that there is virtually no suction coming from the tank to the wand. After two tries, I would not recommend this product even though the price point is amazing...I guess you get what you paid for.

Product works fine and easy to use.

Pump ran, but no flow. Pump shut itself off after 10 seconds. Restart&repeat. Restart&repeat. Restart&repeat. Pulled all hoses off to eliminate all possible clogs or obstructions and stuck the end of the pump handle directly into a glass of water, still no flow with the pump running for its 10 seconds. Restart&repeat. Restart&repeat. Threw it in the garbage.

Item was a good price. It looked like a good item. Unfortunately it was brand new and the pump was broken. Returned it right away to get a different one.

This item is a piece of crap. Do not waste your money on it. Never worked, right out of the box. There are no understandable instructions. No way to trouble shoot it. If this review included negative stars then I would give it 5 negative stars.

This product was easy to assemble and use according to the enclosed instructions. The nozzles are adequate for basic uses and the little pump put out the liquid steadily while using little battery power. The one point of uncertainty came when I turned on the pump for the first time, and it came on fine but didn't pump water. However, I persisted with several sustained tries and after a while the water started flowing through the nozzle normally. I double-checked the instructions to see if I missed any advice that it could take some time to prime the pump initially, but I didn't see anything; this is the reason why the overall rating is four stars instead of five.I have returned this item ONLY because, given the size of my lawn, I do need a bigger machine with a faster application rate. However, in my view, it is perfect for applying the pesticides needed to keep the bugs and fungi off my garden shrubs and bushes.
