This is a shout out to Bare Barrel's Customer Service as much as it is to their product. In regard to the product itself, it was a gift for my son in law. He has enjoyed using it and is discovering different drinks to mix now that he has the tools to do so. I also want to commend Sarah from Customer Service. We had questions and one piece that needed her assistance. Sarah was on top of the communication from day 1. She saw our questions answered, presented a resolution for us that worked, and everything from emails to resolution was handled within a couple of days. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I have had, during the Holidays which are hectic enough no less. Hats off to BARE BARREL and their product, as well as their team, both are exceptional.
