Is Sikaflex 1a also self leveling?

Sikaflex 1A is not self-leveling. Sika's self-leveling sealants are 1C SL (available in 10oz and 29oz) and 2C SL (available in 1.5gl pails).

What primer is needed to make this submersible?

It depends on the substrate. If this is for concrete, it would be the 429 primer. Please note the proper surface preparation & conditions are required, as well as letting the sealant fully cure before submersion. This product is not intended for use in chlorinated pool.

Can i use this on a stucco wall with some minor cracks?

Yes you can, but make sure it’s paintable! I don’t know that.

Can I apply in 45 degree weather?

According to the product data sheet this product can be applied from 40° to 100°F. Sealant should be installed when joint is at mid-range of its anticipated movement.
