I am a disappointed. According to reviews this is the best window cleaner but it only cleans 60% of the windows so only 3 stars. It leaves streaks everywhere. It cleans windows and mirrors but they are definitely not completely clean. Even a little dirty window can not be cleaned completely. Suitable for cleaning very dirty windows a little. Will continue to use, but disappointed with the final result at all.

But pay attention with parts of glasses where there is no frame, it could fall…

Tenía trabajando mi Winbot W2 Omni sin problemas por casi un año, pero de repente dejó de funcionar, al parecer es una rueda, he buscado soporte para mexico pero al parecer no existe y no se quien me pueda ayudar y no hemos utlizando tanto el robot como para que se hubiera descompuesto por sobretrabajo

I've been using the ECOVACS Winbot W2 Omni for a couple of weeks now, and it's been such a game-changer for keeping my windows clean! It couldn't be easier to set up! Just place it on the window and it secures itself in no time, then gets to work. I absolutely love how it moves around on its own and covers the entire surface, saving me so much time compared to cleaning manually! I just love the app control feature! It makes managing cleaning sessions a breeze, and the auto cord winder is such a handy touch that keeps everything nice and tidy. It does a great job with regular maintenance, especially for indoor windows. It leaves them streak-free with minimal effort, which is really great! While it doesn't come with cleaning solution (you'll have to buy ECOVACS' separately), don't worry! It works perfectly fine with just water. Overall, it's been a great addition to my cleaning routine, making window maintenance much easier and hassle-free. While it does a decent job for regular maintenance, it's more of a time-saving tool than a thorough cleaner. If your windows aren't too dirty, it's really useful! But if you're expecting a spotless result on heavily soiled glass, you might still need to do some manual cleaning.
