Greetings! I've found these tabs to be the most effective for my IBS! Unfortunately they've been out of stock for some months now and I've had to "experiment" trying out other treatments and so far, none have had the same positive effect as Senocalm. Thankfully, I believe they were not discontinued and are just (like many other things) suffering from supply chain issues. Fingers crossed the supply issues get sorted ASAP!! Best regards!

I'm suffering with severe IBS. Have tried every medication on the market to get relief from trapped wind, I find Senocalm does help a little.

I’ve found Sennacalm to be the most effective for me for my IBS. I take them at the first signs after a meal and really help with wind and pain especially if I take three at night. Most effective when taken together with buscopan too. Always get these from this seller , good price also free and reasonable delivery time. Packages often arrive squashed and out of shape but this is more to do with Royal Mail I think. Hasn’t up to now affected the contents.

Alot of reviews said they only recieved 1 pack and not 3. I can confirm there were 3 packs as advertised in my parcel. Now to the product itself, I used to take Windeze but lately they are nowhere to be found, this product is just as good as those and in my opinion better than windsettlers too.

Listing clearly says 3 packs, 3x20 (20 is the amount you get in one box) for £15.25. I got one box in the mail. Thought it was a deal considering one box is about £8.99 but I was very wrong. Unfortunately this is the only thing that really works for my ibs and I was really in need so I'm going to keep it but hell I won't buy again. I'll have my family stock up in the UK and send it over to me. The product works really well though, don't let this flaky seller through you off. just go to boots or superdrug to get it and avoid amazon.

For my poor tum they are amazing. However only 1 pack not 3 received. I trawled thro orders and eventually you find you can msg and Amazon will ring back. They did. Problem sorted if rest arrive tomorrow as promised.

I find these effective. But, they are *extremely* expensive for what they are (simethicone & peppermint oil). I find a combination of Wind Setlers (simethicone) and Colpermin (peppermint oil) very effective for me and contains the same active ingredients at about half the price, a substantial saving.

Great for releasing blotted, gas. Peppermint after taste it refreshing
