Good grit for chickens
I've used this for the past 2 years for our chickens. The chickens seem to like it, and it works like grit should. I've had no issues with this brand. It's rocks, but chicken-bite-sized. Not sure what else to tell you. I have it on subscribe-and-save which makes it a bit cheaper. For 12 chickens getting a bag every 6 months is plenty. I've even had to skip an order when I let the chickens free-range and they weren't using as much grit. It definitely goes a long way.

Good option for succulents
I use this as a soil amendment and top dressing for my succulents-- a great economic option.

Good for gardening too.
For those looking for grit like you see on British gardening shows, this is the nearest I've found. Good size to add to soil for drainage.

Grit size.
Fair price and well packed. Just seems a bit large. And be a better mix of small and medium and large grit. Other than that, a decent product.

Excellent for potting mix
I use this stuff (Manna Pro Poultry Grit -- insoluble crushed granite) in potting mix for succulents and cacti. It's the best material I've found for creating air spaces and decreasing the length of time that the potting mix stays wet. It's clean enough that I don't bother rinsing or straining it, and it's coarser than coarse sand. It holds less water than perlite, coarse sand, or pumice. The pieces vary in size and are irregular in shape but tend to be tiny slabs and flakes. A typical piece is about 5/16" x 3/16" by 2/16". I no longer put coarse sand in potting mixes. I use this grit instead. I think it's better because it holds less water and creates larger air spaces, and it's a little less heavy than sand by volume. It's dull brown and uniform in color.

Great product, great price!
Works as expected. I use this for my succulent and cactus potting mix. I’ve bought more than once, so I recommend the seller. They pack it in a box and the bag has a plastic handle to carry, very convenient.

Good for lavender
A need for lavender. This allows drainage in soil. Cactus soil and this does the job in Georgia. Don’t be stingy with it.
