does is have white lining in it?

I have the royal blue color. the lining is either royal blue or black. It hard to tell. Definiely not white.

Are there any other color options?

I had several to choose from. Some where out of stock but I had no trouble choosing a color that I liked

Why is this backpack not for kids under 12-13???? Is it just too large? My kid is 5ft tall, 107 lb.

My granddaughter is 70 lbs.. 12... and 4'10".. Fit her well

Will it be too big for someone who is 4’11?

No. My 1st grader uses his and it isn’t a problem. Jansport backpacks last so you should be able to use it for more than a year. My 4th grader is on year 4 with his.
