Great product
Excellent Product. I have been using drain openers liquids and nothing worked. It took one min to clear the blockage with this tool. No need to spend huge money on the drain openers chemicals anymore.

Must have tool in every household
This is a must have tool in every household. Very handy to grab small things and clean plumbing and drainage. Length is good. One thing to consider is the grip and the pushing lever, it is painful to use for a few minutes. Maybe if thy can put a comfortable rubber wrap or something to keep our palm and fingers safe that would be great. Otherwise it is good.
