Gran producto, armamos la silla entre mi hija y yo bien rápido, sin problemas de que no coincidieran los tornillos con los hoyos, como en otras sillas que hemos comprado, muy buena calidad del material, el cojín para sentarse esta genial, el respaldo no se diga, se mueve con mucha suavidad, mi hija está bien contenta con su nueva silla :)

Extremely pleased! I'll never be at ease when buying furnishings online, anywhere, sight unseen. Just too many bad experiences over the years. But this is one of those times I'm always hoping for. Everything's perfect. Such a great value for the price-point and the customer experience from start to finish was just great. Assembly was a breeze! Extremely well-packed; it's as though design engineers were not only the best, but involved in everything from the finished chair to how to best pack it and clearly instruct it's assembly. Well done! All of the materials were present, plus even some clearly described "extra fittings". (In case the company is reading these, don't go thinking that everyone trashes these extras. They don't always go to waste, not with people like me. I will store them away for the future, and they've saved me in many instances of later purchases missing parts! So, save your bits and bobs left over, folks!) I really appreciate the fittings organized by type/name. It may be considered typical to provide this, but not every company takes the time, and man, it is very much appreciated at the consumer end! Thank you! Anyway, I bought 2 of these chairs, and after building one, the second chair I literally (no exaggeration) put together from box to "sit in it" in about 12-13 minutes (+ cleanup)! Granted, I kinda cheated and used a drill instead of hand-cranking the bolts (with the torque set to the lowest setting, to not cause any harm, because instructions recommended against this, but I was super cautious), but that technicality aside, these chairs are FAR above average in ease of assembly, and all-around quality. I took notice of several design choices and engineering that makes these chairs great quality. For example, the bit at the base where the 5 star-arranged roller arms come together, they don't just connect metal-to-metal. There's a very neatly formed bit of cushioning plastic that buffers between the two pieces, which make it fit super well. All of the bolts had a bit of lock-tite on them, to help keep them from coming lose again too soon. The arm pieces are held on to the chair with more than just the bolts alone, but integrate firmly kinda like "legos", if that makes sense. And in combination with the bolts, those arms are extremely snug and not going anywhere. Anyway, I just wanted to write the kind of review I appreciate finding on a product I'm deciding to buy. Hope it's not too wordy. Just wanna be clear. Very, very strongly recommended!

Excellent choice for counseling. Tied for 1st place choice by clients. Ideal for guitar lessons too with pop up arms allowing space to hold a guitar.

Very comfortable to sit in. Extremely easy to put together. I love it.
