I have an old (20 years) Dooney leather bag that was my favorite. I packed it away when moving and it was damaged by water. I read about Leather Honey and decided to try it. WOW!! It is amazing. So easy to apply. It dries quickly and was absorbed quickly into the damaged leather. My bag looks new again. Thank you Amazon for including this product in your offerings.

This is a very good product. Great value for the price. I was amazed that it brought a truly ruined pair of leather boots back to life, and gave the leather a nice soft lustre. Highly recommended.

Wow! This stuff works great. I treated a leather motorcycle jacket, leather motorcycle gloves, and a leather recliner with Leather Honey. The results are great. It softens and protects the leather. While you should expect that it may slightly darken your leather, for me this was perfect. The darkening made my garments and my chair appear much richer. My only complaint is that it can be a bit hard to apply. It really does pour with the consistency of honey. It take a little elbow grease to work the product into the leather. It's not like a cream. It's much more viscous. By the time I was done applying and rubbing it in with a microfiber cloth, my hands were fully saturated and greasy. This easily washed off with some soap and water, however. Just expect having to spend some time working the conditioner into our product. The result are worth the work.

Pleased with the results of this leather conditioner. I have a leather phone case that was starting to dry out and looked and felt a little grainy so I wanted to apply some kind of leather conditioner before it became a problem. Really did not know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised that Leather Honey was able to do what it did. Conditioner did not feel greasy at al. It almost felt like skin lotion. My results are only after a single use, so take this for what its worth. The color may have darkened slightly, which I'm fine with, but I did not really notice this as much as others. I did not notice any smell. After application I checked on the case every so often as it was drying - 12 hours later it still appeared somewhat moist so I left it alone. 24 hours later I finally gave it a good wipe with a microfiber cloth to remove any excess conditioner (there was none). It now feels much softer to the touch and looks better IMO. Definitely recommend.

Worked great for our couch! Followed the instructions to clean with leather cleaner first. The leather is no longer making audible friction noises, looks great, and has no leftover residue after leaving all night. It appears new again like we just bought it. It's true the directions saying "a little goes a long way". I put maybe a table spoon in two circles (small circle and larger) on a quality micro fiber cloth. Wiped down the entire couch, including creases. I did not notice any smells after waiting overnight, possibly a minor smell when applying. Will continue to use and recommend this product for genuine leather furniture. Product works on a lot of leather like products but be sure your leather is not the one leather it states it will not work on. I did a Google search to identify the leather the product does not work on to be sure. Along with my first application being in a hard to see location as a test to be sure. Protect your investments! This feels like it did it's job.

I bought this product solely due to the amount of positive reviews that it had. If I was leaving feedback based only on how well this product conditions leather then it would easily get 5 stars. However, there a couple of drawbacks that will prevent me from buying again. First, this stuff is crazy thick. Crazy thick as I didn’t feel that application was consistent, even or covered all the surface area. I applied this leather “honey” using a microfiber cloth on a pair of leather Ariat boots and had a heck of a time getting the top creases where the natural bend of the foot occurs. I just felt that it didn’t seep into all those area’s completely and had to really work that cloth into those spots. Second, the most important, is that this darkened the leather significantly; several shades. Finally, the drying time is a few hours and the leather still felt sticky on initial touch and it was only after taking a cloth to the leather that that feeling went away. I will stick to the previous product I was using and consider this a lesson learned.

Unlike other products, which are creams, this is more like an oil and so it really works its way into the leather for a very soft feel. I did not find that it discolored anything I've used it on. Highly recommend.
