These balls, when used slowly and consistently, have helped ameliorate the "tennis elbow" that caused pain in my forearm. I don't know what it does it -- maybe it's the acupressure points in the hand, or maybe it's the gentle loosening of tight muscles. At first I could manipulate the balls in a counterclockwise direction only (so that they moved down the thumb in my left hand) but after playing with them a few minutes at a time over a week, I was able to move them in a clockwise direction. I tried it on my non-injured side and found that it was harder to manipulate the balls there, and I repeated the same patient practice. It's still not as good on the non-injured side, but I think with patience my facility with either side will naturally equalize. A word of advice: I have small hands so this size was better than the 2 inch size of the other balls I ordered. If I had started with the larger size it might have been more frustrating and my progress likely would have slowed. Good luck!

I think I was expecting, like, a little bit more consistent of a weight. I have a smaller set of baoding balls with bells and these don't give me the same experience. Not bad for the price though!

I ordered blue expecting to receive a blue item. What was delivered was red. Otherwise, product is good size and weight and works as expected.

If you have something to think about use these Chinese braiding balls. They will relive your stress and anxiety and help you think thru what you need to. I use mine all the time. They are of great quality and had a little jingle when used. The colors and designs you get to choose from are so nice. I have the blue balls with the ying and yang. I love them and they have help me through many things

i read many reviews that said the color was wrong and was actually hoping i would get the green ones instead of blue but sure enough, i got blue just as pictured. this are nostalgic to my childhood and i needed a fidget stimmer, so landed in this product because the price is reasonable for what you get and the noise and feel are satisfying. I just wish they weighed more but that’s just me. all in love the product.
