Excellent seat for bath or lifting from a fall
Very strong and easy to use lifting chair, I often trip and need help to get up,this lift goes very low so it is easy to get on to, I am 18 stone and it lifts me with no effort to a normal sitting level, it can also lower you and lift you in the bath. Very impressed with the product.

Really excellent for getting someone disabled up after a fall.
My wife has Parkinson's and I was doing my back in lifting her up after her frequent falls. This works great. Can be tricky manouvering her onto it if she falls in a tight spot but still invaluable. Easy to use and folds away when not in use.

I don’t know how I managed without one ***** additional review****
I recently had a bad fall and with one knee which has been replaced and the other needs doing I found it virtually impossible to get up off the floor onto the bed. I decided to research aids to help me to get off the floor and found this beauty. It’s so easy to use.. just slide onto it , press the button and then slide off onto the chair or bed. Another great use is to lower myself onto floor level then carry out something simple like looking under the bed for something you have dropped, painting the skirting boards or anything that I had to ask people to do for me, I can do safely and get up afterwards. A real game changer… money well spent. Follow-up review….. ***** I had an issue with the hand controller, contacted them and explained all the problems I was having…. I got an immediate apology and was told they’d send me a new controller ****** FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Saves calling an ambulance!
This has saved us 3 ambulance/lifeline calls in a week. I have an elderly parent that I can no longer pick themselves off the floor when they fall and this go rise is exactly what I was looking for to get them off the ground. Used on tiled kitchen, carpeted bedroom and living room. Some key things to note... > It is expensive but worth it for someone who is a fall risk and you are trying to prevent injury to yourself in getting them up. >It is heavy but that is due to being quite sturdy. >It can be difficult for someone with very little strength and mobility to lift/shimmy/bumshuffle on to the seat, as even when flat on the floor it has a 2 inch raise. > The white arm attachments are useless and flimsy, we use it without them. > It can not be operated by the fall patient on their own, it needs someone to monitor for safety. > Its advisable to lean the go rise against a wall if possible, to provide additional support to the person trying to shimmy on. > The rise does not get to the same height as a normal chair, this might be ok for smaller people, taller people will likely struggle to get themselves to standing position without support or proper arm rests...which this does not have. > There are other GO Rises that are likely studier but the portability on this is excellent, I can lug this up or downstairs as needed (which has been useful for falls at night) >Assembly was easy but like I said the flaps are useless. Power excellent, haven't charged it in 3 weeks. >Can be hidden behind sofas. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANY CARER DEALING WITH A PATIENT THAT FALLS THAT CANT PICK THEM OFF THE FLOOR ANYMORE. THIS SAVES WAITING HOURS FOR AMBULANCES. Note to the Product Developers...Thank you for creating this, some recommendations have the seat rise up at least 3 inches more. Please try flatten the seat more. Create detachable, proper arm rests attached to the back support not the seat.

Trustworthy
Very well made, sturdy, I feel very safe using it, in fact I trust it so much I bought another one. It is very very easy to use, and I recommend it highly.

Does exactly what it says on the tin
I'm a full time carer and unfortunately falls happen. Sometimes it's as simple as sliding off a chair when unatended. What to do next is always a problem. I don't want to hurt them and I don't want to hurt myself as they depend upon me. The ambulance crews around my area have an inflatable lift, but this in my opinion is better (and I've used it a few times now). The fact it can be used as a rise and fall bath chair is just a bonus. It goes low enough to get the patient on to and it lifts high enough for a very comfortable back to standing position. Very happy with the purchase.

Excellent item
Bought this as my elderly relative was having falls and I wanted an easy way to help them get up from the floor. The occupational team told me I would need to get a large hoist installed so I was looking for less intrusive options. This has been a revelation, it's easy to operate, the seat is flat on the floor so it's easy for him to wiggle onto. Even on days when his legs aren't working it allows him to raise himself to a sitting position and height while he waits for help to transfer to a chair. It can be used in the bathroom but I've only tried in on dry surfaces and I have been very impressed with it. The only downside is that it's a little bit on the heavy side if you're wheeling it across a carpet but it's still manageable.

Bought this to help get up off the floor if or when I fall. I have IBM and sometimes for no real reason my legs just give out and I fall. I'm not able to get up on my own because I don't have the muscle strength in my upper legs to get up. So I bought this to help me get up if I ever needed it. We tested it out a few time and it works. I haven't fallen yet to use it and better not to fall. I bought it as insurance for if I ever need it. Since it can hold up to 330 lbs, I told my brother when it's time to change tires for winter or summer, he can try using this to lift the tires into the trunk to bring to the garage.

For what it is, this is the lightest and most practical option out there. I think the sea foam green is attractive too. The box felt heavy to me but I put it on the scales and sure enough with the box and all the packing it was about 27 pounds. So the 19 pound weight is heftier than I imagined the way the weight is distributed but I can lift it easy enough but really glad it has rollers. The battery is in the remote control which makes the remote pretty hefty but it can be carried separately and the packaging says it is good for 32 lifts. Mine came with a vinyl pouch affixed to the chair back to hold the remote. Then there is not really anyplace on the chair to store the compact power supply with the remote in there but that really is not a problem. The chair is well constructed and I can fit it about anywhere. I tried out after I charged it and it feels secure on the ups and downs.

Buona anche perché le due routine permettono il trasporto a trolley essendo un oggetto forte con il minimo peso possibile ma necessario per essere solido. Veramente essenziale per disabili in caso di caduta a terra.
