I love my Rose Gold Oura!
I know the Oura Ring comes at a steep price but I truly think it is worth it. I have had it since February and I only ever take it off to charge it. The biggest con is that the rose gold coating has a few chips on the outer edges and I have scratched it up pretty good. I have put this ring through a lot though so I’m not that surprised. You can buy clear silicone “cases” for it but it dulled out the brightness of the color itself. I still get compliments on how pretty it is even though I have been rough with it. The first week wearing it was an adjustment. At first it felt heavy and bulky but after the second week I stopped noticing it. I got a size 8 and it’s the perfect fit and feels comfortable. It doesn’t ever slip off but it’s easy to remove. My main reason for getting the Oura Ring was to help me keep track of my cycles and ovulation. I love the app and everything it has to offer. Overall the quality is great and I recommend this ring to all of my family and friends.

Phenomenal Sleep Tracking Tool
I got this Oura ring for my wife for Christmas this past year and she loves it as well as the rose gold color. It's a very good way to take control of your sleep and improve sleep quality. The ring tracks your sleep down to the minute, is crazy accurate, and works with an app that, once installed, works offline and connects to the ring through Bluetooth. Every morning you can get a full breakdown on the app of your sleep pattern for the night including sleep stages (light, REM, deep), heart rate, heart rate variability, body temperature, respiratory rate, total sleep vs time in bed, your sleep efficiency, your "body clock" and even "sleep debt" (which tracks how much sleep you're getting vs how much you need for your body type). It also tracks the menstrual cycle for women, which my wife uses and likes a lot. She's been able to figure out a pattern based on her heart rate that happens the day before her period actually starts, which works every time - super cool! Of course it does other things like tracks your steps, exercise, you can log your meals etc. Too many things for me to include in this review. The ring fits my wife's finger perfectly. Before you buy you have to purchase the ring sizing kit, which is cheap, and you can use it for friends if you refer people (which you can get awarded for monetarily). The sizing is pretty easy, wear one of the sizers for a day and make sure it's comfortable and then order your ring. I've also seen the ring sizing kits on display in places like Costco or Best Buy, so that's another option without having to buy the kit. The battery lasts about a week, which is pretty good. And it charges in less than an hour, sometimes half an hour if she's charging it more regularly than a week (which your supposed to do). My own Oura Ring 4 is over a year old and I have to charge it every 2-3 days. I admit, I did not follow their recommendations for maintaining the best battery life, so can't complain there. Overall, Oura Ring is fantastic and I'd highly recommend it to anyone. My wife and I have both been able to improve our overall sleep quality since using them. They are a very good tool for that if you want to prioritize sleep in relation to health (which anyone should).

Gimmick thus far
Not seeing the value in this product. I’m 100% a half size which they don’t offer so I’m not sure if it’s just because it’s either too small or too large. It detects I’m napping when I’m not, I sleep terribly but because I sleep terribly every night it gives ‘GREAT! You’re right within your typical sleep score!’ feedback as if it’s a good thing. It doesn’t detect activity. I regularly go on a 5K run or a 30+ minute peloton ride and it never detects activity. I’ll exchange it to see if perhaps I just got a defective ring but I’m not entirely optimistic about it. Also, the app is kinda useless and non intuitive. For each metric, when I tap on it, I’m taken to a definition of the metric but there is no actual measurement of my body function for whatever the metric is supposed to measure. Who cares how wonderful it is to know what body temperature is if it doesn’t measure mine? Also, unless you need help with knowing what your period is, the women’s health feature is useless. No menopausal support whatsoever. Finally, it scratches SUPER easily! The rose gold was beautiful for a few hours but after the first day of wearing it, it looks like a cheap piece of costume jewelry obtained from the doll@r store. And finally, you can’t upload health metrics from your own medical provider! In order to enter your health information, such as triglycerides, etc., they force you to go through OURA to Question Diagnostics and pay them to run bloodwork! I already have all my information via my doctor and pay $3000+ per month for health insurance! NO WAY am I going to go pay extra for that! What a RIP OFF!

Great health tracking!
Love the Oura ring is not true to normal ring sizes so definitely use a sizing kit! Becomes comfortable as you wear it an get used to it. I feel like it tracks the heart rate and sleep well but maybe a little less accurate on the activity. Super easy to set up and use the app but does come with a subscription charge. Waterproof I do dishes and shower and everything with it on! But does scratch very easy.

The exterior doesn’t hold well
I’ve had my ring for exactly a year now. Here’s what I think, it’s an expensive product for sure. And what you get for it is great but you’re really buying the software that comes with it. The ring itself is pretty for the first month and then scratches and wears away over time. My ring looks beat up after a year of wear. I take it off with very strenuous activity like punching bags or weight lifting. But the titanium exterior is very much delicate and you will see scratches the first month so I gave up caring what it looks like. It works well, the fit is easy to figure out with their sizing pack and the size 7 never falls off my tiny fingers. Otherwise, I love it. I bought it to track my very irregular hormonal cycle and now it predicts my period to the day. Very accurate. And it’s neat to know all my sleeping patterns. I feel very well rested through my days because I’m aware of how long I sleep through the night. For a $499 product, they definitely ought to work on improving with each model’s durability. They just came out with the ceramic… I’ll hold off until the bitter end to see if I’ll purchase another Oura ring.

Stylish, Insightful, and Surprisingly Comfortable — Love Everything About It
I’ve been wearing the Oura Ring Gen 4 in rose gold for several weeks now, and I genuinely love everything about it. It’s rare to find a health and wellness device that looks good — but this ring really nails it. The design is sleek and minimal, and the rose gold finish adds just the right amount of style without being flashy. It is thicker than your average accessory ring - but, it goes with everything, and I love that I can wear it 24/7 without it looking like a fitness tracker. I don't like the bulkiness of other devices so this is perfect. Comfort-wise, I barely notice it’s on — even while sleeping, which is impressive. The data it provides is clear, comprehensive, and genuinely helpful. I’ve learned so much about my sleep patterns, stress, recovery, and overall activity. The Oura app does a great job of translating data into simple, actionable insights without overwhelming you. Battery life is solid (I charge it every few days), and the charging process is quick and easy. I also appreciate the emphasis on recovery and readiness — it’s a more balanced and holistic approach than many fitness trackers I’ve used in the past. If you want a stylish, low-profile device that delivers high-quality health and wellness tracking, the Oura Ring Gen 4 is absolutely worth it.

Honest Thoughts After a Week with the Oura Ring Love It, But a Few Flaws
As a catastrophe adjuster constantly on the move and working with my hands, I was excited to try the Oura Ring to better track my sleep, recovery, and overall health. Upon arrival, I followed best practices by charging the ring to 100% before first use but noticed it only reached 96%, and oddly, the percentage began decreasing while still on the charger. I ended up taking it off and wearing it anyway. Battery life is also slightly disappointing definitely not the full 8 days as advertised. I’m consistently getting about 6 days per charge, which isn’t terrible, but worth noting for those with a busy schedule. That said, I love what this ring offers: the data is incredibly insightful, especially for understanding my sleep and readiness levels. It’s sleek and lightweight, but I have noticed light scratching and dullness from daily wear so if you’re hands-on like me, a protective sleeve or alternate finger placement might help. All in all, I still recommend the Oura Ring for anyone serious about their wellness just go in with realistic expectations on battery life and durability.

Best purchase!
I’ve been using the Oura Ring for a few months now and it’s truly impressive. The design is sleek and lightweight — I barely notice it on my finger, even when sleeping. What I love most is the accuracy of the sleep and readiness data. It gives a detailed breakdown of deep sleep, REM, and total rest, helping me adjust my bedtime routine and recovery days. The app interface is clean and intuitive, and the daily readiness score really motivates me to listen to my body. I also appreciate that it tracks temperature trends and heart rate variability, which gives a deeper understanding of overall health and stress levels. Battery life is great — I only need to charge it every few days. My only small wish is for a slightly faster charging time and maybe more real-time fitness data during workouts. Overall, it’s perfect for anyone who wants to improve sleep, recovery, and health awareness without wearing a bulky smartwatch. Totally worth it!
